TCTE1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCTE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 193 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCTE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUSC3, VAT1, and SLC12A7. Each is linked with TCTE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCTE1-to-partner and partner-to-TCTE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCTE1 versus TUSC3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCTE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCTE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
