Across TCGA cell cohorts, TCTE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,801 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TCTE1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Detection of chemical stimulus involved in sensory perception of pain, Positive regulation of TOR signaling, and Response to endoplasmic reticulum stress. Each is linked with TCTE1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCTE1-to-partner and partner-to-TCTE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Detection of chemical stimulus involved in sensory perception of pain grouped by TCTE1-low versus TCTE1-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
