TCTA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCTA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,016 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCTA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NRBF2, CKAP4_S26, and TSTD1. Each is linked with TCTA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCTA-to-partner and partner-to-TCTA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCTA versus NRBF2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCTA→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCTA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
