TCP1P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCP1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,937 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCP1P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPKP4, HNRNPKP1, and EEF1A1P8. Each is linked with TCP1P1 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCP1P1-to-partner and partner-to-TCP1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCP1P1 versus HNRNPKP4 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCP1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCP1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
