Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TCP11X3P RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TCP11X3P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher TCP11X3P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TCP11X3P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, UCS, and BLCA are the cancer types where TCP11X3P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
