TCP11L1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCP11L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,214 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCP11L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL13_S140, DPYSL3, and DNM1. Each is linked with TCP11L1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCP11L1-to-partner and partner-to-TCP11L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCP11L1 versus RPL13_S140 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCP11L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCP11L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
