Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCP11L1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCP11L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, ERK2, and FoxM1. Each is linked with TCP11L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCP11L1-to-partner and partner-to-TCP11L1 results are reported.
