Across TCGA cell cohorts, TCP11L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,155 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCP11L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi, Phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process, and Macroautophagy. Each is linked with TCP11L1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCP11L1-to-partner and partner-to-TCP11L1 results are reported.
