TCP11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCP11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,044 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNHIT3, CYFIP1, and CGB2. Each is linked with TCP11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCP11-to-partner and partner-to-TCP11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNHIT3 grouped by TCP11-low versus TCP11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
