Across TCGA cell cohorts, TCP11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,464 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCP11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of sperm capacitation, Positive regulation of protein K48-linked ubiquitination, and Peptidyl-lysine oxidation. Each is linked with TCP11 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCP11-to-partner and partner-to-TCP11 results are reported.
