Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TCP11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TCP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX6A2, KRT28, and OR13G1. Each is linked with TCP11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCP11-to-partner and partner-to-TCP11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX6A2 grouped by TCP11-low versus TCP11-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
