The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher TCP10L3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TCP10L3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and SARC are the cancer types where TCP10L3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
