TCOF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCOF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,217 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCOF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNHG4, LARS1, and BRD8. Each is linked with TCOF1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCOF1-to-partner and partner-to-TCOF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCOF1 versus SNHG4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCOF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCOF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
