Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCOF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,339 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCOF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MKI67, THRAP3, and IFI30. Each is linked with TCOF1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCOF1-to-partner and partner-to-TCOF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MKI67 grouped by TCOF1-low versus TCOF1-high in UCEC.
