TCOF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCOF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCOF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Myosin-IIa_pS1943, JNK2, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with TCOF1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCOF1-to-partner and partner-to-TCOF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Myosin-IIa_pS1943 grouped by TCOF1-low versus TCOF1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCOF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCOF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
