Across TCGA cell cohorts, TCOF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,060 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCOF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, Double-strand break repair via break-induced replication, and DNA-templated transcription termination. Each is linked with TCOF1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCOF1-to-partner and partner-to-TCOF1 results are reported.
