Across TCGA cell cohorts, TCN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,942 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of proteolysis, Intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, and Barbed-end actin filament capping. Each is linked with TCN2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCN2-to-partner and partner-to-TCN2 results are reported.
