TCN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,678 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB27B, AGR2, and MUC1. Each is linked with TCN1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCN1-to-partner and partner-to-TCN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCN1 versus RAB27B in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
