TCN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,207 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1915, RNA5SP451, and RNA5SP419. Each is linked with TCN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCN1-to-partner and partner-to-TCN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1915 grouped by TCN1-low versus TCN1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
