TCL1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCL1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,954 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCL1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLAMF6, CD3D, and CCR7. Each is linked with TCL1A in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCL1A-to-partner and partner-to-TCL1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCL1A versus SLAMF6 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCL1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCL1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
