TCL1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCL1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,858 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCL1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WAS, SEPTIN1, and LCP1. Each is linked with TCL1A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCL1A-to-partner and partner-to-TCL1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCL1A versus WAS in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCL1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCL1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
