TCL1A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCL1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,872 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCL1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC10A, FCRL3, and FCMR. Each is linked with TCL1A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCL1A-to-partner and partner-to-TCL1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCL1A versus CLEC10A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCL1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCL1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
