Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCL1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TCL1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-728P, GPN3P1, and PPIAL4E. Each is linked with TCL1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCL1A-to-partner and partner-to-TCL1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-728P grouped by TCL1A-low versus TCL1A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCL1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCL1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
