Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TCIRG1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TCIRG1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher TCIRG1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TCIRG1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC and PRAD are the cancer types where TCIRG1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
