TCIRG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCIRG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,631 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCIRG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MNDA, PARP14, and GBP2. Each is linked with TCIRG1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCIRG1-to-partner and partner-to-TCIRG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCIRG1 versus MNDA in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCIRG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCIRG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
