Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TCHP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TCHP data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher TCHP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TCHP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THYM and UCEC are the cancer types where TCHP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
