TCHP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCHP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,621 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCHP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SART3, ZCCHC8, and SPEN_S727. Each is linked with TCHP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCHP-to-partner and partner-to-TCHP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCHP versus SART3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCHP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCHP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
