Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCHP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,542 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TCHP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSPG5, CDHR3, and DTHD1. Each is linked with TCHP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCHP-to-partner and partner-to-TCHP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCHP versus CSPG5 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCHP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCHP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
