TCHP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCHP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,459 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCHP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBBP4P3, OR2AL1P, and RN7SL25P. Each is linked with TCHP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCHP-to-partner and partner-to-TCHP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBBP4P3 grouped by TCHP-low versus TCHP-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCHP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCHP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
