Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCHP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCHP-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, INPP4B, and MEK1. Each is linked with TCHP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCHP-to-partner and partner-to-TCHP results are reported.
