TCHH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCHH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,709 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCHH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACTR2, OSTF1, and PITPNC1_S299. Each is linked with TCHH in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCHH-to-partner and partner-to-TCHH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCHH versus ACTR2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCHH→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCHH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
