TCHH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCHH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,758 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCHH-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOT1, GPI, and ACTR6. Each is linked with TCHH in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCHH-to-partner and partner-to-TCHH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GOT1 grouped by TCHH-low versus TCHH-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCHH→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCHH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
