Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCHH mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 85 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCHH-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, LKB1, and c-Kit. Each is linked with TCHH in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCHH-to-partner and partner-to-TCHH results are reported.
