TCHH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TCHH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 879 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCHH-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAL1, IL36A, and TWF2. Each is linked with TCHH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCHH-to-partner and partner-to-TCHH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAL1 grouped by TCHH-low versus TCHH-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCHH→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCHH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
