TCF7L2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF7L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,700 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF7L2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRP54, MCAM, and MACROH2A2. Each is linked with TCF7L2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF7L2-to-partner and partner-to-TCF7L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCF7L2 versus SRP54 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF7L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF7L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
