Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF7L2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,294 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TCF7L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01117, CDCA7, and SMPD3. Each is linked with TCF7L2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF7L2-to-partner and partner-to-TCF7L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCF7L2 versus LINC01117 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF7L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF7L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
