TCF7L2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF7L2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,364 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF7L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8053, TNFSF9, and GLOD4. Each is linked with TCF7L2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF7L2-to-partner and partner-to-TCF7L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8053 grouped by TCF7L2-low versus TCF7L2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF7L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF7L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
