The most reproducible TCF7L2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Viral translational termination-reinitiation, Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi, and Negative regulation of chromosome organization. Each is linked with TCF7L2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF7L2-to-partner and partner-to-TCF7L2 results are reported.
