Across TCGA cell cohorts, TCF7L2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 814 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF7L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HHLA1, EN1, and TSSK1B. Each is linked with TCF7L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF7L2-to-partner and partner-to-TCF7L2 results are reported.
