TCF7L1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF7L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,160 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF7L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM47, ANTXR1, and PDXDC1. Each is linked with TCF7L1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF7L1-to-partner and partner-to-TCF7L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCF7L1 versus RBM47 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF7L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF7L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
