Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF7L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 559 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TCF7L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-26P, MTND4LP21, and RNU6-539P. Each is linked with TCF7L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF7L1-to-partner and partner-to-TCF7L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-26P grouped by TCF7L1-low versus TCF7L1-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF7L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF7L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
