Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,030 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TCF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are P2RX1, PARP15, and DBH. Each is linked with TCF7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF7-to-partner and partner-to-TCF7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCF7 versus P2RX1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
