TCF7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are Lck, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with TCF7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF7-to-partner and partner-to-TCF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Lck grouped by TCF7-low versus TCF7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
