TCF7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TCF7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are G6PC, OCM2, and FABP9. Each is linked with TCF7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF7-to-partner and partner-to-TCF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, G6PC grouped by TCF7-low versus TCF7-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
