TCF4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,898 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN11, MSRB3, and PALLD. Each is linked with TCF4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF4-to-partner and partner-to-TCF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
