TCF4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,962 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZEB1, AKT3, and RGS4. Each is linked with TCF4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF4-to-partner and partner-to-TCF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
