Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TCF4-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TCF4-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher TCF4-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TCF4-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and LUSC show a favorable association.

LGG, KIRC, and CHOL are the cancer types where TCF4-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
