TCF3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,698 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DOT1L, ILF3, and CSNK1G2. Each is linked with TCF3 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF3-to-partner and partner-to-TCF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCF3 versus DOT1L in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
