Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,151 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTK, PTBP1, and STMN1. Each is linked with TCF3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF3-to-partner and partner-to-TCF3 results are reported.
