TCF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,857 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NF2, STRN3, and WDHD1. Each is linked with TCF3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF3-to-partner and partner-to-TCF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NF2 grouped by TCF3-low versus TCF3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
